1-General conditions of sale
The purpose of these conditions is to inform our customers about the conditions and modalities of accommodation, reservation, cancellation of reservation, responsibilities of the parties as well as the management of the data that we collect within the framework of the rentals.
2-Acceptance of the present general conditions of sale
Booking on our website implies the acceptance of the present General Sales Conditions (GSC) as well as your consent to the use of the personal data you provide us with. We are concerned about preserving your privacy and we protect the confidentiality of the personal information you have given us. This information is not shared and is only used for administrative and practical purposes for your stay (see RGPD - privacy policy).
3-Prices
The prices indicated on this site are prices including all taxes in euros (€), including tourist taxes. The prices of the nights are per room and per night. Breakfast is not included in the room rates, but coffee, tea and herbal tea are available. The conditions, rates and offers are subject to change without notice.
4- Reservation
All reservations are accompanied by a written confirmation made to the client (confirmation email). As confirmation of reservation, we ask for a deposit of 100%. The reservation is concluded for a precise number of persons.
Modification of a reservation
Any change of reservation must be requested in writing directly to the establishment.
Cancellation of reservation
We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date and charge 50% of the total booking fee for cancellations made less than 2 days before the arrival date. For payments via the website, we do not reimburse the fees of the paiment provider stripe (about 5%) we have paid.
In case of no-show or if the guest leaves the guesthouse before the scheduled end of his stay, the establishment reserves the right to charge and claim or deduct the total amount of the scheduled stay. The first night of the client's stay is not refundable in case of cancellation.
5-Duration of the stay
The stay is agreed upon for a specific period of time and is specified in the written confirmation sent to the client. 6-Release of the rooms The customer must arrive on the specified day, the rooms are available from 15 hours. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest.
7-Pets
Pets are not allowed except for small dogs and guide dogs. Please ask specifically by email. It is important that the owners bring their pet bed and food bowl. A special cleaning fee of 20 EUR per stay will be applied.
8-Use and respect of the premises, art of living
The respect of a certain lifestyle is required from all guests in order to guarantee the quietness of the place and the comfort of all. The Client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them in accordance with their purpose.
This includes :
- no smoking inside the house
- no noise inside or outside the house after 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors
9- Insurance
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is required to be insured by an insurance contract for these different risks.
10-Security
Only people who have booked accommodation are allowed to stay.
